A day in the life of Meyers Dobermans
Ms Meyers has worked strenuously to accomplish a well rounded and manageable routine for her and her canines. One that's a healthy routine for puppies, manageable for a single caretaker, a balanced mix of physical exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization.
After attempting many different possible combinations she has finally found what works best for her program .•Breakfast - most important .
All puppies are started on a formula gruel and slowly transition to A BARF diet beginning around 4 weeks and successfully completed around 7-8 weeks ..They begin at 4 servings a day and eventually transition to twice a day with larger portions as the intervals go down.
• immediately following meal times puppies are moved to there potty area.
An area specifically built with adequate drainage. It covered outdoor flushable dog run. The first half of flooring is covered with pea gravel and the second has artificial grass drain mats. This encourages potty training and allows the area the be washed clean easily.
• followed by morning playtime in the play yard.
Puppies play and socialize which release energy and get their bodies moving.
• next is training
Sessions that provide mental stimulation and teach basic commands.
•After a short rest period puppies are introduced to different environments and people
Ensuring they are properly socialized.
•In the afternoon, playtime and interactive games
Both can provide physical and mental exercise.
•As the day winds down, the puppies should have quiet time and cuddles before bedtime.
It is important to maintain a consistent schedule and provide plenty of love, attention, and positive reinforcement throughout the day. This routine not only promotes physical health but also helps develop well-behaved and confident puppies. With careful planning and dedication, a single caretaker can provide a healthy and fulfilling routine for puppies at Meyers Dobermans.
